What are Ocoee House candles made from?

Our candles are crafted from 100% natural soy wax, which is entirely vegan and organic. By choosing soy wax over paraffin, we ensure your home remains free from soot and toxins.

Are Ocoee House candles safe for pets?

Yes. Because we use 100% natural soy wax, our candles provide a much cleaner, soot-free burn that is kinder to households with animals, including sensitive pets such as birds.

How long do Ocoee House candles burn?

Single Wick Candles burn for approximately 45 hours. Double Wick Candles burn for approximately 65 hours. To get the most from your candle, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.

Where are Ocoee House candles produced?

We are a proud Scottish business, operating out of our Glasgow and Loch Lomond studios. We have delivered over 35,000 units to date.

Why do you use soy wax instead of paraffin?

Soy wax burns more slowly and at a lower temperature, meaning your candle lasts longer and the fragrance is released more effectively. Soy is also a renewable resource, making it a more responsible choice for the environmentally conscious home.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible at enquire@ocoeehouse.co.uk and we will resolve the matter immediately.

Are your materials and packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our packaging is made entirely from recycled materials. We encourage all clients to recycle every part of the candle at the end of its life. Our glass jars are rated for high temperatures to avoid degradation.
